Once an order has been placed either online or via phone we begin processing your order and preparing it for shipment.
Within 48 hours of your order you will receive a confirmation call from one of our team members or your salesperson, to finalize shipment details before it leaves to ensure a successful delivery.
Once the order has shipped out you will receive a text message and an email with the carrier and the tracking number for your order.
Click the Tracking number to go to the tracking page and stay up-to-date on your delivery.
Our delivery window is 10-15 business days after your order has shipped out from our warehouse. (Shipping congestion can cause delivery delays.)
