Updating Shipping on an Order
If you need to update your shipping, please contact your salesperson directly or for online orders, please contact our customer success team at 1 (877) 761-2819 or at cs@tmgindustrial.com. We will contact the courier to update any reasonable requests.
If you need to make a change or accommodation, the carrier will contact you 24 hours before arrival to schedule your appointment for reception. You can make changes with them as well and they should accommodate reasonable requests.
