Shipping policy

All of our products marked as in-stock are shipped from our warehouse in British Columbia, Canada. Orders placed before 11 AM PST usually ship the same day. We have extensive experience shipping large items across Canada and the USA. Most orders are delivered in 5-10 days. Many of our products are large and require a forklift or equivalent to move. We can schedule a tailgate delivery for most products if you don't have a forklift. Some products do require a forklift for delivery. These products can be picked up at a local freight terminal if you do not have a forklift.
