The DOBA-HPM1620 is a professional-grade solution for high-efficiency garment printing, built for precision, stability, and repeatable results. Featuring a swing-head design with magnetic position sensors and dual-station layout, it’s ideal for continuous operation in production environments.
Equipped with a digital LCD control panel and multiple timer settings, this heat press allows precise temperature and timing adjustments for various materials. Its integrated heating plate and tube system ensures even, consistent heating while the self-balancing pressure mechanism delivers uniform results across the press surface.
The upper plate is coated with non-stick Teflon, while the lower plate is covered with a 6 mm silicone mat and 1 cm sponge to ensure even pressure distribution. With adjustable pressure up to 8kg/cm² and compatibility with air compressors (not included), this press easily handles thick items up to 2.36" and a wide range of substrates like cotton, polyester, ceramics, and more.
Designed with sliding rails for efficiency and optional infrared positioning for precise alignment, this unit is ideal for small item printing, apparel production, and customized promotional goods.
